This is a circular silver medal. On the obverse is displayed the head of Saint Stanislas with the inscription "Order of Saint Stanislas" shown on the outer edge; displayed on the reverse are the arms of the Order with the inscription "For Faithful Service". It is worn on a blue/white/red ribbon. The ribbon on both sides has on the edges royal blue stripes 2mm wide, followed on the inside by post office red stripes 3mm wide, followed by white stripes 4 mm wide and another red stripe 2mm wide. In the centre is a royal blue stripe 10mm in width.
Award: The Faithful Service Medal is awarded to all Companions of the Order of Saint Stanislas on the 5th anniversary of his/her acceptance into the Order.
Silver Clasp: A silver clasp to the Faithful Service Medal, which is a spray of oak leaves is awarded on every subsequent 5th anniversary date, to a total representing 20 years of service to the Order of Saint Stanislas. A total of three silver clasps.
Gold Clasp: A gold clasp to the Faithful Service Medal which is a spray of golden oak leaves is awarded to the recipient on the 25th anniversary of his/her acceptance into the Order of Saint Stanislas. The gold clasp is attached above the silver clasps.
